San Jose Elementary School
5805 St. Augustine Rd., Jacksonville, FL. San Jose Elementary School is our adopted school. We help with the first week of school, carpool, bus pickup, Book Fair, vision testing and one-on-one tutoring, as well as Teacher Appreciation events, etc.

Seniors on a Mission
Pick up is at Lakewood UMC. Various locations. Seniors on a Mission is a group of senior citizens serving God and their community through volunteer work. This active group is engaged in many projects in and around Jacksonville.

UCOM (United Community Outreach Ministry)
3349 St Augustine Rd., Jacksonville. UCOM is a Food pantry, Meals on Wheels, and offers Certified Nursing Training scholarships and training. They need help organizing the shelves. Setting up bags of food to give to those in need. We support UCOM through on site volunteering, food drives and financial donations. Donations are accepted at Lakewood UMC and UCOM.

Kairos Prison Ministry (Men Only)
Putnam Correctional Institution, a medium security prison – 128 Yelvington Rd. East Palatka. The mission of the Kairos Prison Ministry is to bring Christ’s love and forgiveness to all incarcerated individuals, and to assist them as they transition into becoming productive citizens.
Age: 21 years + to serve on team (men and women 18+ can attend closing)
When: A weekend in May and November, Thursday – Sunday
