We offer two kinds of worship experiences here at Lakewood. We recommend you try each one to see which one fits you best. Some of our members attend both.
At 8:30 and 11:00 we have a more traditional worship service with music, prayer, singing and wonderful messages from the Word of God. These services are in our main sanctuary.
At 8:30 we have another service that has a more intimate setting, simple structure, with weekly communion, teaching and music. This service is upstairs in Room 201.
Every Sunday morning at 9:30, we serve a light breakfast. You have a choice of cinnamon bun, biscuits, coffee, tea or juice. This is a great time for fellowship before Sunday School and only costs $1. First-time guests are free.
Sunday School classes begin around 9:45. Our classes provide opportunities for persons of all ages to experience faith development within a small group setting. You are welcome to visit any class at any time to find the one that’s right for you.
