We offer a fully-staffed nursery for all worship services, Sunday school, Wednesday nights and other special events as needed. Parents volunteer in the nursery on Sundays on a rotational basis.
Sunday School Ministry:
9:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. - Graded classes for 2 year-olds through 6th Graders where children learn that the Bible is God’s Word to them. They learn what God is like through the Bible stories of both the Old and New Testaments. They learn that they can talk to God through prayer and that He loves them and wants to have a friendship with them.
Acolytes:
Children in the 3rd through 6th grades assist in the worship services.
Children’s Church:
Preceding the Sunday morning sermon during the 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. service, children from Pre-K through 1st grade follow the Children’s Church leaders from the Sanctuary to the Chapel for a “kid-sized” church service.
Club 56:
5th and 6th Graders meet on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. They gather in the Christian Activities Center for supper then move to Club 56’s Building for Bible study and recreation. During the summer and occasionally throughout the school year special activities are planned.
W.O.W (Worship On Wednesdays):
Pre K through 4th Graders participate in Worship on Wednesdays during the school year after Wednesday night suppers. They meet in the children’s building from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. for Bible stories, prayer and fun activities.
Vacation Bible School:
Children turning 3 years old before the previous September through 5th grade are invited to participate in a week-long VBS from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. during the summer.
