Hubbard House Hospitality Bags

The church has an ongoing project of making “hospitality bags” for Hubbard House abuse victims. If you would like to donate hotel toiletries or fabric (1/2 yd. or larger), please place items in box in the church office. If you would like to financially support this project, please make checks payable to LUMC, earmarked for “HH Hospitality Bags.” Questions? Contact Betty Perez at 996-9336.

San Jose Elementary School

We have adopted San Jose Elementary School, a Title 1 School located at 5805 St. Augustine Road. Only 50% of the children speak English and they have 8 translators on duty at all times. This is an opportunity for us to make a difference in our community.
